By using the Firsthand app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you get Firsthand from the App Store, Apple's standard license agreement also applies.
Your content
The cards and settings you create in Firsthand belong to you and are stored on your device. We can't see them. Please keep backups: if your device is lost or damaged, we can't recover your data for you.
Reminders and alarms
We work hard to make reminders arrive on time, but notifications and alarms depend on system settings, Focus modes, battery and system limits. Don't rely on Firsthand as the only reminder for medical, safety or other critical matters.
Work widget and public holidays
Earnings and countdowns are estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are not a payslip, a timesheet or any financial record. Public holiday data covers national holidays only and may differ from the actual arrangements where you live or work. For mainland China it follows the State Council notice; for years not yet announced, only the statutory holidays count.
Pro purchases
Pro is a one-time purchase paid through the App Store, and refunds follow Apple's rules. Our promise: features that are free will never move into Pro, and features added to Pro later cost nothing extra.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Firsthand is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or missed tasks arising from using or being unable to use Firsthand.
